RETURNS
ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. All returned items MUST
be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and reason for return. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and dispatch your return to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable delivery company to handle your return. After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process for exchange or store credit as we do not offer a refund.
Kindly note: Processing would take at least 5 – 7 working days from the receipt of your item.
We will notify you by phone call and a direct message to your Instagram handle when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
• Defective or damaged products are the only cases where a refund is going to be considered.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
